二.What is the correct distance between floor heating pipes?

It is generally recommended that the spacing is 100-300mm, 200-300mm near the external wall, 100-150mm near the inner wall of the bathroom, and the window side can be appropriately reduced the spacing. 五.How to deal with expansion joints?
When the length of the room is more than 6 meters or the area is more than 30 square meters, the expansion joint should be set according to the spacing of not more than 6 meters. When the heating pipe passes through the expansion joint, a flexible sleeve with a length of not less than 200mm should be installed to adapt to the ground expansion changes.
六.Does the pressure drop of PE-RT tube hydraulic test mean leakage?
Not necessarily. PE-RT, as a thermoplastic material, has creep and stress relaxation characteristics, and the pressure drop may be caused by the air in the tube is not exhausted, rather than direct leakage.
七.Whether the heating pipe under the ground has a joint?
In principle, the floor heating main and coil under the ground should not be connected. If the joint is necessary, it should be used in a high-standard connection mode such as sliding close connection to ensure long-term no water seepage and ensure the safe and stable operation of the floor heating system.
